職位描述：
1、制定質(zhì)量控制計劃、檢驗指引及相關(guān)操作規(guī)程；
2、就有關(guān)質(zhì)量問題與生產(chǎn)部、工程部、維護(hù)、物料及供應(yīng)商和客戶溝通；
3、執(zhí)行、驗證糾正及預(yù)防措施，保證質(zhì)量體系持續(xù)、有效改進(jìn)及產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)保證活動有效展開；
4、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品過程質(zhì)量控制及終端抽樣檢驗失敗案例分析， 推動品質(zhì)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)；
5、就產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及應(yīng)用為客戶提供保證及支持.

崗位要求
1、大學(xué)本科或以上；電子類及其相關(guān)專業(yè)
2、三年以上產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量控制經(jīng)驗;
3、三年以上客戶投訴處理經(jīng)驗；
4、豐富實在的iso9000和ts16949知識及相應(yīng)的內(nèi)審員資格
5、能用英語交流。溝通能力強(qiáng)。豐富的過程控制能力。
6、誠實， 不浮燥， 善與人交流， 責(zé)任感強(qiáng)， 解決問題能力強(qiáng)。

職位描述：
崗位職責(zé)：
1．供應(yīng)商審核及品質(zhì)監(jiān)控；
2．廠內(nèi)材料品質(zhì)異常及供應(yīng)商改善跟進(jìn)；
3．制定檢驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和抽樣計劃；
4．物料和工程變更確認(rèn)及跟蹤進(jìn)度；
5．新供應(yīng)商開發(fā)與管理；
6. 新材料導(dǎo)入跟蹤和驗證；
職位要求：
教育程度/經(jīng)驗：
1.電子相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2.具有3年以上供應(yīng)商管理經(jīng)理
專業(yè)能力：
1.熟練編寫和運(yùn)用8d報告和qc七大手法；
2.能熟練運(yùn)用fmea/msa/apqp經(jīng)驗；
3.有豐富的供應(yīng)商管理和稽核經(jīng)驗
4.有外協(xié)廠商或委外廠商管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
綜合能力/素質(zhì)：
1.有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力；
2.具有很強(qiáng)的抗壓性和積極主動工作態(tài)度
