職責(zé)描述:
1.精準(zhǔn)把握企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理現(xiàn)狀,至少包含:產(chǎn)品分析,客戶定位,服務(wù)流程,渠道通路,核心優(yōu)勢,重要合作伙伴,關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù),財(cái)務(wù)狀況這幾個(gè)方面,并且做出總結(jié)性語言,快速解讀一家公司。
2.分析行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢和目前公司未來所采取的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向。
3.結(jié)合前期調(diào)研,通過深入了解經(jīng)營者的經(jīng)營思路,鋪助企業(yè)主思考,從而明確公司未來1-3年的發(fā)展規(guī)劃與目標(biāo),明確具體的業(yè)務(wù)模式、產(chǎn)品定位、發(fā)展路徑與核心能力提升方向,制定業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略和職能戰(zhàn)略,包括管控模式在內(nèi)的戰(zhàn)略支持體系。
4.了解該公司的文化體系,梳理溫和企業(yè)的文化和價(jià)值主張,從而更好驅(qū)動(dòng)公司發(fā)展,員工成長。
5.編制企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理手冊,商業(yè)計(jì)劃書等交付客戶。
6.為公司提供該企業(yè)的投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)報(bào)告,配合公司投資部門的投資業(yè)務(wù),參與投資決策。
任職要求:
統(tǒng)招大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷,有扎實(shí)的行業(yè)研究能力,具有經(jīng)濟(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)、金融、企業(yè)管理等相關(guān)的專業(yè)知識(shí):
8年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理,戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃經(jīng)驗(yàn),有中層管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;有戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃落地經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先;
具有優(yōu)秀的系統(tǒng)思考能力,戰(zhàn)略思維,敏銳的商業(yè)洞察力,良好的文案撰寫能力,以及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)能力。

職位描述:
1.協(xié)助項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)/項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理參與企業(yè)咨詢顧問項(xiàng)目的調(diào)研及報(bào)告撰寫;
2.協(xié)助完成各類基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)、信息咨詢的收集及二次整理;
3.能夠獨(dú)立完成所分配模塊內(nèi)容的研究和報(bào)告撰寫工作;

responsibilities
- establish role as day to day contact on engagements and be seen as a trusted advisor by mid-level e_ecutives
