持續(xù)改善經(jīng)理 specific accountabilities (roles and responsibilities)

? collects, analyses, and interprets production data to drive performance and fact-based decision making.

? direct in training on lean tools, analysis, root cause problem solving, and structuring of implementation planning requirements for all operational

協(xié)助北方區(qū)總經(jīng)理提升北區(qū)zb&qq 工廠持續(xù)項(xiàng)目改進(jìn),包括質(zhì)量管控、工藝流程優(yōu)化、生產(chǎn)效能提升方面,保證工廠生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量和產(chǎn)能提升。

崗位職責(zé):

1、參與到現(xiàn)有可持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目中,評估和分析項(xiàng)目對于質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)提升影響的關(guān)鍵問題

2、評估和分析工廠現(xiàn)狀對質(zhì)量、工藝流程優(yōu)化和生產(chǎn)效能提升有影響力的關(guān)鍵問題

3、宣傳、推進(jìn)持續(xù)改進(jìn)先進(jìn)理念、工具和方法,并導(dǎo)入和應(yīng)用,對重要的kpi數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析

4、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在工廠范圍內(nèi)推動和組織改進(jìn)質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、工藝流程提升以及產(chǎn)能提升的改善項(xiàng)目的識別以及具體實(shí)施,對持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和輔導(dǎo),確保項(xiàng)目中使用工具的正確性、流程管控并對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行階段和結(jié)束的評審和評價

5、配合內(nèi)部重要客戶推進(jìn)持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目

6、推動公司持續(xù)改進(jìn)文化建立(例如合理化建議)

任職資格:

1、本科以上學(xué)歷,理工科類專業(yè),或數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)類專業(yè)

2、熟練掌握質(zhì)量工具,如:dmaic,doe等六西格瑪工具

3、食品、化工或相關(guān)行業(yè)8年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有六西格瑪項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中有1年以上成功推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)

4、項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)(pmp)

5、優(yōu)秀的溝通表達(dá)和影響能力

6、有精益生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先

具備能力:

1、 發(fā)現(xiàn)問題和解決問題能力

2、 溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和影響能力,包括跨部門、工廠高管層、以及集團(tuán)總部

3、 可持續(xù)改進(jìn)項(xiàng)目、流程改進(jìn)等方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),例如6西格瑪和lean 生產(chǎn)

4、 有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先

5、 嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、認(rèn)真、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作能力

6、 學(xué)習(xí)能力強(qiáng)、在工作中有熱情
