aim of the role: the employee will manage ci department in tws _ingtai plant to meet strategic targets， following country law requirements and company policies. he will periodically monitor and improve critical company kpis through a cooperation with other departments， other company entities colleagues and suppliers， he will report periodically e_cellence activitiesand targets status to general manager and defined company colleagues， he will maintain， promote and improve， at plant level， company image following bu and group indications.
