3. 貨物追蹤與報告:實時追蹤貨物位置,提供貨物狀態(tài)更新,及時處理異常情況并向客戶報告。
4. 成本控制與報價:評估運輸成本,制定合理報價,協(xié)助銷售部門與客戶談判合同條款。
5. 合規(guī)性審查:了解并遵守國內(nèi)外相關(guān)法律法規(guī),確保所有操作符合海關(guān)和貿(mào)易規(guī)定。
6. 客戶服務(wù):與客戶保持良好溝通,解答疑問,處理投訴,提升客戶滿意度。
7. 風(fēng)險評估與應(yīng)急處理:識別并預(yù)防潛在問題,如延誤、損壞或丟失,制定應(yīng)急預(yù)案,迅速解決突發(fā)狀況。

be responsible for the daily operation of air e_port shipment.
primary responsibilities:
1. communicate with overseas offices / agents for e_port shipment from china.
2. follow up overseas routing order shipment instruction.
3. good communication with internal colleagues and e_ternal suppliers/agents to ensure correct understanding on different service requirement. i.e. sop implementation and problem solving skills.
4. closer cooperation with space controller, documentation and airport operation.
5. strictly follow company’s standard and operation procedure in order to ensure effective workflow within the team.
6. build up good communication with the suppliers, agents and customers, give the correct guidance / information to the customer, and coordinate upon receiving actual goods / documents information.
7. daily shipment tracking and update information to the customers and overseas partners.
8. issue the documents and invoice to customers on time.
9. take care of each job’s profit & loss.
10. answer inquiries & settle problem with overseas office, report and escalate to superior for instructions in regard to tough issues.

1. to take up additional tasks as assigned.
2. back up for other team members when necessary.
knowledge and skill requirements:
1. college degree or above major in logistics, international trade or relevant.
2. 1-2 years’ e_perience in logistics, forwarding or relevant service industry, preferably in the airfreight e_port operation position.
3. familiar with the procedure of airfreight e_port operation and forwarding related knowledge.
4. cet-4 or above, good spoken and written english and chinese.
5. independent problem solving skill, patient and a good team player.
6. proficient in ms office.
7. hard working, responsible, good team player and can work under pressure.
8. good communication skills in email, phone, and interpersonal relationship.
