星巴克店經理崗位職責
崗位職責: 協(xié)助店經理執(zhí)行門店營運,按照店經理的指示,將篩選的信息對值班團隊進行傳達。 在發(fā)生客流高峰或突發(fā)事件時保持冷靜;確保門店的正常營運并為伙伴作出積極的榜樣。 理解伙伴的動機、需求及所關注的問題。 積極參與與顧客的交流,從而了解顧客和門店所在社區(qū)的需求。 保證工作的正常且準時出勤。 使用外部的資源來處理門店的緊急需求, 包括伙伴及資產保護,人力資源以及食品飲料食物和飲料等。 審視門店環(huán)境,對門店團隊進行培訓和指導,以達成營運目標。 在值班期間運用營運工具指導伙伴進行工作,有效地為店經理提供人事決策建議。任職資格: 大專以上學歷 本崗位1年以上管理經驗 優(yōu)秀的執(zhí)行力,團隊管理能力,和溝通能力 較強的學習能力

任職要求:
