2.三年或以上cg培訓行業(yè)教學服務(wù)及就業(yè)服務(wù)經(jīng)驗;
3.較強的文案撰寫及活動策劃、組織和執(zhí)行能力;
4.具有親和力、表達能力、溝通能力強;做事謹慎、細心、責任心強,有團隊合作精神。

職責描述:
1.mba就業(yè)工作:按照學院職業(yè)發(fā)展教育服務(wù)體系要求,為學生提供線上及線下就業(yè)指導服務(wù)。
2.青年校友職業(yè)生涯輔導:開展多種就業(yè)指導活動,為青年校友提供職業(yè)生涯輔導。
3.博士生國際組織實踐項目:根據(jù)學院人才培養(yǎng)方針,搜集并篩選相關(guān)實習實踐信息,向目標學生群體進行推送;并進行相關(guān)就業(yè)指導服務(wù)。
4.其他:完成領(lǐng)導安排的其他工作
任職要求:
1)熟悉人力資源、心理學、教育學及金融學等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識
2)了解金融行業(yè)基本組織架構(gòu)、動態(tài)

職位描述:
key duties and responsibilities:
1. to work closely as a dynamic and energetic team in organizing, delivering and enhancing comprehensive and well-structured career development programs to the sme’s undergraduate students, helping them move onto their ne_t step after graduation;
2.to be closely involved in building up and strengthening specifically assigned market/ industry network with a view to sourcing career / internship opportunities from potential employers locally, regionally and internationally;
3.to effectively support a proactive student body through providing regular career coaching, job search guidance, resume review, interview skills training etc.;
4.to initiate, organize and deliver business skills training or workshops, career talks and company visits as well as other relevant events organized by business partners in the region;
5. to act as an effective liaison and contact point between students and potential employers; provide timely feedback and supports to all the parties
6.to contribute to the establishment and updating of the online social medias in a timely manner, to initiate new ideas enriching the content of both internal and e_ternal, online and offline communication materials for cdc;
7. to work with a highly dedicated cdc team to perform any other duties as assigned;
8. some evening and weekend hours may be required as assigned according to the working calendar.
qualifications and requirements:
1. a bachelor degree holder with 4+ years’ solid work e_perience gained in sizeable international organizations
2. with prior e_perience in relevant industry is nice to have; directly relevant background in staffing, recruitment and/or training & development will be a big plus;
3. e_ceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to interact with employers and students effectively;
4. have knowledge in career planning and development and have sound coaching skills;
5. resourceful, practical and result-oriented, possesses strong organizational and project management skills and be able to independently manage and complete multiple projects within specified time frame;
6. strong collaboration skill, mature, energetic and proactive; able to work effectively in a team environment especially when under pressure;
7. can-do attitude with strong sense of ownership, eager to contribute and always strive for improvement with creative thinking;
8. an e_cellent command of written and spoken english and chinese.
