① 協(xié)助總經(jīng)理組建銷售團隊;
② 達(dá)成公司整體銷售、營運目標(biāo),保證資金正常運轉(zhuǎn),落實廠家直銷及特約店對銷售展廳、銷售業(yè)務(wù)的管理;

【崗位要求】
① 28周歲--40周歲,大專以上學(xué)歷,經(jīng)濟、管理、市場營銷或汽車相關(guān)專業(yè);

職位描述:
崗位職責(zé):
一、客戶開發(fā):在銷售區(qū)域內(nèi),針對篩選出的目標(biāo)客戶群策劃和開展客戶開發(fā)活動;
二、銷售活動:開展銷售討論:建立與客戶的直接聯(lián)系,分析客戶需求,產(chǎn)品介紹,開展系統(tǒng)性車輛展示,并積極地使客戶參與到活動中去;
三、銷售完成:確定客戶意向車車型,價格談判,處理異議,準(zhǔn)備合同,簽訂合同,完成交車、客戶滿意;
職位要求:
1.熟練使用辦公軟件的運用,有摩托駕駛執(zhí)照并且熟練駕駛車輛;
2.了解摩托車基礎(chǔ)知識,熟悉產(chǎn)品相關(guān)知識;
3.具有良好的的銷售與談判能力、溝通表達(dá)能力、以及較強的計劃執(zhí)行能力;
