第1篇 非標(biāo)產(chǎn)線規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)師崗位職責(zé)要求
職位描述：
崗位職責(zé)：
1、按客戶需求進(jìn)行數(shù)字化、自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)線的項(xiàng)目調(diào)研、分析，提出可行性的技術(shù)方案；
2、負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)方案評(píng)審、技術(shù)路線驗(yàn)證，出具可行性報(bào)告；
3、能具體負(fù)責(zé)車間內(nèi)非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備產(chǎn)線的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)；
4、結(jié)合公司整體能力，能帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)完成自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目落地實(shí)施；
6、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)及人才培養(yǎng)。
職位要求：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)電工程、機(jī)械工程、自動(dòng)化或材料等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2、6年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，最近的一份工作中至少2年以上相關(guān)工廠產(chǎn)線整體解決方案的工作經(jīng)歷；
3、有實(shí)際產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，包括非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)線、傳輸線、裝配線、包裝線、焊接線等經(jīng)驗(yàn)者為佳；
4、具有項(xiàng)目整體診斷、咨詢、規(guī)劃、方案設(shè)計(jì)的能力、技術(shù)總籌，同時(shí)具備自動(dòng)化、信息化、數(shù)字化綜合背景優(yōu)先；
5、有工業(yè)機(jī)器人實(shí)際應(yīng)用、非標(biāo)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)試背景者優(yōu)先。
6、承擔(dān)過(guò)重大項(xiàng)目方案設(shè)計(jì)，有千萬(wàn)級(jí)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
7、具備較強(qiáng)的邏輯思維能力、人際溝通、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題能力；
8、具有團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
第2篇 非標(biāo)生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)崗位職責(zé)
1、負(fù)責(zé)非標(biāo)涂裝生產(chǎn)線機(jī)械設(shè)備及有關(guān)零部件的圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)、安裝和調(diào)試運(yùn)行;
2、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)備中存在的缺陷進(jìn)行技術(shù)改造和調(diào)整,確保設(shè)備生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作正常;
3、協(xié)助采購(gòu)部尋找合適的設(shè)備、原材料及零部件供應(yīng)商;
4、確認(rèn)需要采購(gòu)的金屬和非金屬材料的型號(hào)、規(guī)格、數(shù)量并提出相應(yīng)的技術(shù) 要求;
5、指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)車間的設(shè)備制作、安裝及維修工作;
6、負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備安裝的測(cè)繪工作,并記錄相關(guān)的測(cè)繪數(shù)據(jù)且進(jìn)行分析;
7、負(fù)責(zé)涂裝生產(chǎn)線的開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、制作繪制產(chǎn)品裝配圖及零部件圖,懂涂裝工藝的成本預(yù)算;

pc生產(chǎn)線液壓傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)師 衛(wèi)華集團(tuán) 衛(wèi)華集團(tuán)有限公司,衛(wèi)華集團(tuán),衛(wèi)華 崗位要求:
1、大專及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械制造等相關(guān)專業(yè),2年以上pc生產(chǎn)線工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、具備獨(dú)立的設(shè)計(jì)能力,熟練掌握pc生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì);
4、熟練運(yùn)用autocad,solidworks、solidedge等軟件。
崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)pc產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)品液壓部分設(shè)計(jì);
2、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品液壓部分改進(jìn)與研發(fā);
