1、負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)主與設(shè)計之間的專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào),協(xié)助方案評審、施工圖審查;

2、負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計及設(shè)計顧問之間的專業(yè)協(xié)調(diào)工作;

3、負(fù)責(zé)項目報批報建、項目招標(biāo)采購的技術(shù)問題協(xié)調(diào)工作;

4、負(fù)責(zé)施工現(xiàn)場的技術(shù)問題協(xié)調(diào)工作;

5、負(fù)責(zé)項目現(xiàn)場的日常管理工作;

6、配合項目經(jīng)理開展其他必要的項目管理工作。

任職要求:

基本學(xué)歷:

1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,項目管理、工程管理、工民建等相關(guān)專業(yè);

2.3年以上工程項目管理、工程項目現(xiàn)場管理工作經(jīng)歷;

其他要求:

1.具備良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力以及學(xué)習(xí)新知識的能力;具備良好的執(zhí)行能力、問題解決分析能力;

2.熟悉工程管理知識,熟悉國家及地方相關(guān)法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)范、規(guī)程;

3.能熟練運用office、project、cad等軟件

4.工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),責(zé)任心強,具有較強的團隊意識與協(xié)作精神;

5.能適應(yīng)駐外工作。

第2篇項目前期管理崗位職責(zé)任職要求

項目前期管理崗位職責(zé)

職責(zé)描述:

依據(jù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)進度完成質(zhì)量開發(fā)任務(wù)，參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)實驗的討論、評審、試驗和驗收，對項目前期質(zhì)量各環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行發(fā)布、確認(rèn)、追蹤、推動改進。

任職要求:

職責(zé)一:負(fù)責(zé)新項目質(zhì)量策劃

1、依據(jù)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)進度完成質(zhì)量開發(fā)任務(wù)，并實施連續(xù)性檢查、測試和分析制度，確保符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)

2、負(fù)責(zé)獲取客戶的質(zhì)量要求，組織相關(guān)單位分析原因及對策報告，提出質(zhì)量改進方案以改進質(zhì)量、成本和整體效率

3、參與新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)試驗的討論、評審、試驗和驗收

4、建立gp-12早期生產(chǎn)遏制工位

職責(zé)二:管理新產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題

1、負(fù)責(zé)對項目前期質(zhì)量各環(huán)節(jié)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題進行發(fā)布、確認(rèn)、追蹤、推動改進以及對改善零件的驗證。

2、負(fù)責(zé)新開發(fā)的零部件、原材料的試裝試用進行跟蹤、檢查、督促整改、監(jiān)督評價。

3、根據(jù)開發(fā)研發(fā)過程中的問題，及時召開全面質(zhì)量分析會，提出限定時間，整改計劃，掌握整改情況

職責(zé)三:供應(yīng)商定點評審

1、參與對供應(yīng)商的評審考核，并提出定點意見和整改

2、對量產(chǎn)項目的風(fēng)險供應(yīng)商做質(zhì)量提升支持，跟蹤整改措施有效性和可持續(xù)性

其他要求:

能熟練運用各類辦公設(shè)備及軟件，熟悉常用質(zhì)量工具及應(yīng)用，熟悉汽車行業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

(前期)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理工程師 asqe [main responsibilities]

1. the role of an advanced supplier quality (asq) engineer is to ensure the e_ecution of the advanced product quality planning (apqp) process and its completion in due time and follow up the performance of the supplier. the main missions of the role are to:

2. deploy apqp related to the development phase (or in current production) of bought-out parts following the group's purchasing requirements

3. assess suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer in order to complete the global panel evaluation

4. give recommendations and/or technical decisions to ensure a defect-free process through program management

5. manage progress plan with low-performance suppliers in collaboration with the commodity buyer

6. manage the process qualification(trial run at rate & process audit)with plant supplier quality assurance (sqa) engineer and program quality engineer

7. follow the apqp progress with the status report and take decision in collaboration with the program team

8. train the suppliers and make sure that the defined standards are properly applied

9. monitor the production part approval before the transfer to the plant and hand over to the plant sqa engineer

10. manage action plans with suppliers in case of deviations

11. conduct supplier panel assessments in accordance to the commodity/the process & technology responsibilities

1. bachelor degree in engineering with a specialization in mechanical or material.

2. minimum 3 years e_perience as an asq in an industrial environment
