2. 協(xié)調資源:確保團隊成員和外部供應商的資源得到妥善安排,滿足項目需求。
3. 文件管理:維護項目文件的完整性和更新,包括合同、報告和會議記錄。
4. 會議安排:組織和記錄項目會議,跟進會議決定的執(zhí)行情況。
5. 風險管理:協(xié)助識別潛在問題,提出解決方案,并監(jiān)控風險以防止延誤或超預算。
6. 溝通橋梁:在團隊內(nèi)外傳遞信息,確保所有相關人員對項目狀態(tài)有清晰的理解。
7. 問題解決:在遇到困難時,協(xié)助項目經(jīng)理找到解決方案,確保項目按計劃進行。
有哪些內(nèi)容
1. 日常任務:定期更新項目進度報告,處理項目相關的電子郵件和電話,以及處理與項目相關的日常事務。
2. 預算監(jiān)控:協(xié)助監(jiān)控項目預算,確保開支符合預算限制,及時報告任何預算偏差。
3. 團隊支持:為團隊成員提供必要的支持,包括培訓、指導和解答疑問。
4. 客戶關系:在項目經(jīng)理指導下,與客戶保持良好關系,處理客戶查詢和反饋。
5. 里程碑管理:確保項目的關鍵里程碑得以達成,記錄并報告結果。

職責描述:
sourcing and developing new seasonal materials/components/accessories and organize material storage and prepare key material swatch cards.
key responsibilities
.material/component/accessory sourcing and developing
. every new season source new swatch book/card send to montreal office.
. work with our key suppliers to develop our own new materials.
.source new available material/component case by case from market.
.material/component/accessory pre-testing
.make sure most of material/component/accessory that we are used on samples can pass lab testing.
if material/component/accessory can’t pass lab testing help to source another substitute material/component/accessory.
material/component/accessory pre-casting
.provide material/component/accessory price help pd to do pricing.
.if material/component/accessory is not affordable during pricing stage then help to find another cheap version material/component/accessory.
coordinate confirmation samples
. provide material/component/accessory swatch/reference and supplier information to pre-production team.
. provide any material/accessory concern during production.
.build up core material suppliers
.build up good relationship with our supplier’s core material suppliers and work with them to develop our core materials.
.build up good relationship with outside good material suppliers and introduce to our key suppliers.
organization
.make sure our core materials are very organized keep in our storage room.
.prepare key material swatch cards.
. organize material swatch books in the shelves.
. set up different components/accessories reference standard. for e_ample: metal ornament color standard reference, german outsole color standard, leather stack color standard, etc.
. build up new developed outsole/heel mold files. take outsole/heel side view, bottom view, top view pictures and write down measurements keep in files as future references.
