崗位職責(zé)描述
作為儀器技術(shù)支持,日常工作涉及多個(gè)層面,包括但不限于: - 提供電話、郵件或現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的技術(shù)咨詢,幫助客戶理解和解決儀器使用中遇到的問(wèn)題。 - 編制和更新技術(shù)文檔,如用戶手冊(cè)、故障排查指南等,以提升客戶自我解決能力。 - 參與新產(chǎn)品的測(cè)試和驗(yàn)證,提供改進(jìn)建議,確保產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。 - 協(xié)助銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行技術(shù)演示和培訓(xùn),增強(qiáng)客戶對(duì)產(chǎn)品的信心。 - 與生產(chǎn)部門(mén)協(xié)作,分析和修復(fù)設(shè)備故障,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)。
有哪些內(nèi)容
1. 客戶服務(wù):定期回訪客戶,收集反饋,及時(shí)處理投訴,確??蛻魸M意度。
2. 技術(shù)培訓(xùn):設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施針對(duì)客戶和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)課程。
3. 文檔編寫(xiě):編寫(xiě)詳細(xì)的操作指南、故障代碼解析等技術(shù)資料,以便客戶參考。
4. 內(nèi)部協(xié)作:與研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量控制等部門(mén)緊密合作,共同提升產(chǎn)品性能和用戶體驗(yàn)。
5. 系統(tǒng)維護(hù):監(jiān)控儀器運(yùn)行狀態(tài),進(jìn)行定期維護(hù),預(yù)防潛在故障。
