Theron Properties is a REAL ESTATE REHAB company located in the greater Tampa Bay to Orlando areas in Florida. Theron Properties was founded by Melody Theron who is a Florida licensed Realtor® and Real Estate Agent. Supported by her family, Melody chose central Florida based on a report from RealtyTrac that named the top 10 markets for home flipping or rehab in America today. Joined by her husband Cornelius Theron who has dabbled in the construction industry and built homes from foundation and up, as well as being an engineer and inventor, this business is an exciting endeavor for the Theron family.
Living on multiple continents and all across the US from east to west coasts, and owning and renting multiple types of ranches, houses and townhouses for the past 30 years, the Theron’s realized the great need to rehabilitate old homes. Either to their former glory or more modern to compete with new homes in the market today. Needless to say, Theron Properties was born with a great passion to restore homes over and above their former glory, to create competitive real estate for today’s property markets, and all of this at super great prices.
